Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal
We want you to be confident in CalXd. If the app is not for you, here is exactly how refunds work.
Money-Back Promise
Monthly subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the charge. Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the charge. After 30 days, annual subscriptions can receive a prorated refund for unused whole months.
How to Request a Refund
Open the CalXd iOS app, go to Settings → Subscription → Request Refund, and confirm. The refund is processed automatically for eligible requests. You keep full Pro access for 14 days after the refund as a courtesy.
What Is Not Refundable
Charges older than 120 days cannot be refunded due to Stripe's hard limit. Friends & Family subscriptions are not refundable. Refunds are capped at two per device lifetime to prevent abuse.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital service contract. Because CalXd Pro begins immediately, you are asked to waive that right at checkout in exchange for instant access. If you do not waive it, do not complete the purchase.
